Since our target market is the United States of America, Janitorial Leads Pro is not actively collecting any personal data on EU-member country residents. This is our assurance to clients that any data we provide them will not expose them to any risk of any GDPR penalties.

To further guarantee compliance, we have searched our records for possible EU-member residents on our contact database based on the country they are in and we have removed their personal information which mainly consisted their company email address. Although these are company-assigned email addresses, they contained first and last name data which directly pointed to a specific data subject.

Unique client-supplied data will only be used for that specific client’s campaign and is afterward removed from our database after the campaign. Janitorial Leads Pro will require assurance from the client that any data turned over to us will be GDPR compliant

Unsubscribing from Our Emails

In addition, when we send an email to you (whether on our behalf or on behalf of a client), we will provide a way for you to opt out of receiving emails from us in the future. Usually, this appears as an “unsubscribe” or “opt-out” link in the footer of every email.

In order to opt out of our database, simply send us an email with your first and last names including your email address and phone number. Wait for 20 days and your data will be scrubbed off our database completely.
